As an attorney with The Barnes Firm in New York, you will be expected to handle all aspects of a case. From sign up to trial, our attorneys do it all. This position requires the following qualifications:

• Five+ years of plaintiff’s experience preferred;
• Trial experience is required and candidates must have their NYS license;
• Must have Personal Injury experience (preparing lawsuits, responding to and conducting all aspects of discovery, preparing for, and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials);
• New York State Bar license;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage caseload;
• Ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines;
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
